On the May 3 episode of the Coach JB Show with Big Smitty, Shaun King is now the newest addition, and he made his debut by being part of the discussion that revolved around the Colorado coaches telling their players to enter the transfer portal. Although the fans and media were quite sympathetic to the claims made by Cormani McClain and the others, King offered his own opinion implying that they had made their own decision and now had to face the consequences.

Coach Jason Brown, who is often seen as one of the biggest Deion haters, talked about how unfair it is for the players to be sent away so late in the season. To which King responded by saying, “Now you have to deal with the other side of having it available. You wanted to be a big boy, now you have to put on your big boy pants and deal with the repercussions and consequences of being a big boy. These players are currently facing a dilemma as they have the opportunity to compete for a better team, but with more and more NFL analysts backing Deion, things will only get more difficult for their college football careers.
